Will we lose any email or files?
The aim is to bring everything across. We check each stage before moving on and compare what has moved with what was there, so anything missing is found and dealt with before the old system is switched off.
How long does a move take?
It depends on how much data you have and how many people are involved. We give you a timeline once we have reviewed your set-up.
Do we have to stop working during the move?
We plan the switch-over around your work, and agree any short pause with you before it happens.
