What it does
Business accounts, not personal ones
Staff sign in with their work account, so your firm controls access and the data stays under business terms.
The right settings
We review each assistant's settings for data sharing and history, and set them to match your AI policy.
Practical guidance
Short guides for good everyday tasks, such as first drafts and summaries, and a reminder that a person checks the result.
How it works
Setting up AI assistants is a one-off project. We help you choose the assistants that suit your work, then set them up so they stay within your rules.
We agree the use cases
We look at where an assistant would genuinely save time, and where it should not be used.
We set up accounts and sign-in
Where the assistant supports it, staff sign in with Microsoft 365, so leavers lose access when their account is disabled.
We apply the settings
Data sharing, history and sharing options are set to match your AI policy.
We hand over
Your team gets a short guide, and you get a record of the settings we applied.
Why it matters for legal, financial services and insurance firms
Law firms
First drafts and summaries can save time, but a solicitor still checks every word that reaches a client. IT for law firms
Financial services
Assistants can help with notes and summaries, while customer details stay within approved tools and settings. IT for financial services
Insurance
Summarising long documents and correspondence is a good fit, as long as policyholder details stay within approved tools. IT for insurance
Other AI and automation services
Getting ready for Microsoft Copilot
Permissions tidied, sensitivity labels in place and a pilot group, before Copilot goes to everyone.
AI policy and staff training
A clear policy on which AI tools are allowed and what must never go into them, and training to match.
Workflow automation
Intake forms, onboarding checklists, approvals and reminders, built with Microsoft 365 tools.
All AI and automation services
The full range of AI and automation services, and how they fit together.
Frequently asked questions
Which assistant should we use?
It depends on your work and your Microsoft 365 set-up. Many firms use more than one. We help you compare them against your policy.
Is our data used to train the models?
It depends on the product and the type of account. Business accounts usually offer stronger terms. We show you each supplier's own statement before you decide.
Can staff use free personal accounts?
We recommend against it. Personal accounts sit outside your firm's control, so your policy should say which accounts to use.
