What it does
Licensing reviews
We check which licences each person really uses and match them to their role, so you are not paying for licences nobody needs.
Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive
Email, chat, shared files and personal files are configured once, correctly, and kept that way as your firm changes.
Starters and leavers
New staff get the accounts and access they need on day one. When someone leaves, their access is removed and their files stay with the firm.
How it works
Microsoft 365 setup and management comes as standard with our managed service. Our team does the set-up and the ongoing management, and you get a single point of contact.
We review what you have
We look at your current licences, accounts and set-up, then agree with you what needs to change.
We set it up properly
Outlook, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive are configured so each tool does its job from the first day.
We manage it day to day
Accounts, licences, starters, leavers and changes are handled by our team, so changes are made consistently and recorded.
You have one point of contact
Questions and requests go to the same team. You do not need to chase anyone to find out who owns what.
Why it matters for legal, financial services and insurance firms
Law firms
Client email and matter files need to stay private and easy to find. Well-managed accounts and permissions help keep them in the right hands. IT for law firms
Financial services
Customer emails and shared files need tight control over who can see them. Managed accounts and licences make that control easier to keep. IT for financial services
Insurance
Claims correspondence and policy documents pass between many people. A well-run Microsoft 365 set-up keeps them organised and in the right place. IT for insurance

Frequently asked questions
Can you work with our existing Microsoft 365?
Yes. If you already use Microsoft 365, we review it and bring it under management. If you do not, we can plan a move to it.
Who do we contact when something changes?
Your one point of contact. New starters, leavers and licence changes all go through the same route, so the record stays accurate.
Is backup included?
Backup and recovery is part of our managed service. It covers Microsoft 365 email, OneDrive, SharePoint and Teams, and any servers you own. It does not cover third-party cloud applications, so ask each supplier how they back up your data. We test restores.
How do you handle access for people who leave?
Access is removed as part of the leavers process, and we agree with you what happens to their files and mailbox before that point.
